 "NEW" LOAN CARA Peugeot 306 XR is EUROMOTIVE's new courtesy car, replacing the Holden Camira
This 306XR is the "new" Euromotive loan car. The aging Holden Camira has now been retired after giving faithful service to Mark and Euromotive's customers for 8 years. The Camira's faded paint and not being of French manufacture did not project the desired image for Euromotive in 2009.
The XR was the base model 306 featuring 2 doors, 1.8 litre 8 valve engine and basic interior. During its life this particular car has acquired the non standard alloy wheels and is equipped with manual transmission. Air conditioning is fitted, the windows have been tinted with a quality film and this car has an upgraded radio/CD played fitted.
 Mark purchased the 306 from a customer and has brought it up to standard with extensive cleaning, polishing, sheepskin seat covers and some minor mechanical repairs. It is an above average example of the model to drive and the feedback from customers so far is very positive including some offers to buy!Though Mark has driven many 306 over the years its not the same as owning one. He is very impressed with the spacious design and that it takes his bulky Scuba diving gear crate and cylinders under the closed rear luggage cover without having to fold down the rear seats. It's only in daily use can a cars design pluses and minuses be truly assessed. Mark is also surprised at how much he enjoys driving it and especially looks forward to a longish drive to a dive site!
The loan car is for the use of Euromotive clients and is available on a first request basis. It is fully insured but an excess is payable in the event of an accident and we ask that you replace the fuel used if you drive substantial distances. Enjoy it other wise! |
